A "Reactive Polymer" is a plastic that reacts with the moisture in the air to form a bond with painted and chrome surfaces. • Better than wax. Wax is not durable and must be reapplied often. Wax becomes very soft when heated. Motorcycles operate in the sun and run at high temperatures and any grime or pollutants that come in contact with the softened wax become embedded when the surface cools.
